Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are far too busy working on your websites or developing your apps, you barely have time to monitor what’s happening with your Virtual Private Server – if it’s overloaded or if all the tasks are running okay. With our Managed Services package, we’ll do this instead of you. Your server will be included in our custom–built server monitoring system and the moment there is a sign of a problem, our server admins will be notified momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Server definitely isn’t the easiest task on earth. You will either need to use a separate server or your home PC, or, alternatively utilize some 3rd–party software. We offer a much simpler alternative with our Managed Services package. We will create a complete backup copy of your VPS server every week, so you never have to fear permanently losing any critical information. Last but not least we can always retrieve a backup really fast. All the backups are placed on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you a nearly endless set of possibilities, you will often need to install additional pieces of software. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It is an essential part of our Managed Services offer, which enables you to ask any of our expert tech support engineers to install and set up any software program and to solve any issue you may have with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an extra for the KVM VPS Servers.
